Points Based Programs

Expire and/or reinstate based on program terms or customer service reasons

Member points can be configured to auto expire based on your program terms and conditions, and the software allows for manual reinstatement of points with the ability for customer service agents and administrators to log reasons/comments for a particular transaction.

Earnings rates are maintained and accurately controlled in rules tables, allowing for appropriate point credits for a variety of situations including promotions, tiered member level earn rates, purchased points and virtually any other earnings method allowed through program affiliations. Bonus programs for example may contain specific origin or destination cities, fare code, date ranges, member tiers, etc. The bonus tables stores the bonus rules and each transaction is checked against these tables to apply the appropriate credit to member accounts.

This process is fully automated saving valuable time when running complex programs. Real time visibility provides valuable insight of the status and participation levels of core and special programs. Retroactive bonus program accrual capabilities can be included. The system includes validation logic for inbound flight accruals and partner program accruals. Displaying, updating, and adding for (among others): City Pairs, Awards Criteria, City Pair Bonus, Enrollment Types, Adjustment Codes, and Statement Messages

• Easy enrollment options via live web service interfaces

  Enrollments are accepted via live web service interfaces capturing extensive member profile information. Input fields can be set to variable lengths and new member enrollments are queried against existing membership records as a duplicate preventative measure and address validation is a standard feature

• ­Detailed information capture

  The TradeOne loyalty system design allows for the capture of extensive detailed flight and partner program transaction related attributes. This extensive data capture enables better flexibility for supporting tiered program structures and facilitates detailed earnings statements that are easy to understand – helping reduce timely related customer service, research and reconciliation time.

  The software contains a trip-building algorithm to determine true origin and destinations. Complete audit trails are logged for transaction and award records recording change dates and user information. The Loyalty software is fully flexible in terms of the units that can be entered and measured. You determine how you want to structure your program, or your partners’ participation, and the software is easily adapted and used for miles, segments or other units.

• Communications and alerts

  Member letters and email notifications are system generated for key communication milestones including new member enrollment confirmations, point adjustments and expiration warnings, monthly statements with balance and status information, notification of special programs and award opportunities.

  All member communications are logged and viewable via a correspondence inquiry. Automation emails can additionally be added to prompt members to complete any missing or new profile information. Targeted marketing communications and special offers can be generated using the detailed member profile database.

• ­Easy to use and learn menu for reports and maintenance tasks

  The system has several safeguards as discussed in Member Enrollment for preventing the creation of duplicate user accounts, but when the situation does occur, the account merge/unmerge and reinstatement maintenance tools are used to correct member accounts. The merge maintenance form will completely and automatically transfer all member account history and balances from the duplicate accounts into the primary active account.

  The system performs an additional duplicate transaction check during this process. Daily reports provide administrators with a summary of merged account transactions. Cross reference tables store the old and new accounts numbers and will prompt users to use the new number when an old number is queried.

• ­Security, Hierarchy and Controls

  TradeOne Loyalty provides tiered permissions based access to transactional history, system functionality and change management. The site has extensive history, change management and fraud preventions controls, tracking updates to member account information by user, date/time, and field updated providing a complete audit trail of records on all activity, allowing easy and accurate balancing of the system on a daily basis along with guarding against fraud. Quarantining capabilities facilitate duplicate detection and resolution for non-validated transactions.

• ­Report queries for information are intuitive, provide a variety of search and filtering options

  Report and queries cover a wide range of needs including member statements, expirations, partner program billing, lounge, certificate aging, orig/dest, mileage level, segment frequency, State code membership, top frequent flyer, transaction counts with time/date stamping, adjustments, enrollments, and fulfillment summaries.

  Complete daily audit and reconciliation reports facilitate management control and insight into program performance. Report filters allow users to select dates and other parameter criteria which are used for more precisely targeting your marketing communications and special offers. User friendly screens facilitate the extraction of program activity data.

• ­Integration and data interfaces

  Web Services and batch files are available to support virtually any situation, these include linkages to: Client home portals, accounting systems, point sharing services, reservation/flight booking systems, partners and redemption vendors. The Loyalty software runs a thorough a complete review of its database during download routines enabling quick and easy loading of information, with a variety of error checks to ensure data integrity.
